GALA ROYALE
A BLACK TIE DINNER & FUNDRAISING AUCTION IN SUPPORT OF THE NEW ARCHIVES, RESEARCH & COLLECTIONS (ARC) FACILITY
THE RUTHERFORD HOTEL, NELSON
GALA MISSION
Nelson Provincial Museum Pupuri Taonga o Te Taiao exists to care for, protect, and share the stories, taonga, and heritage of the Nelson Tasman region, connecting people with their past to enrich understanding and inspire future generations.
Gala Royale Dinner & Fundraising Auction is a signature fundraising event that brings this mission to life, supporting the development of the new Archives, Research and Collections (ARC) Facility. This purpose-built facility will provide a secure, sustainable home for the region’s treasured collections, ensuring they are preserved, accessible, and cared for long into the future.
Through this special evening of celebration and generosity, we invite our community to help safeguard our shared heritage, strengthening the Museum’s ability to protect what matters most, and ensuring these stories continue to be shared for generations to come.
